If there is not an event scheduled that meets your preferences then you can complete an online pre-registration form. Pre-registration allows us to send you invitations to future events that meet your preferences. In the pre-registration form you tell us a bit about whom you are and who you’d like to meet by listing how old you are and the age range of the people you'd like to meet.
2nd Step – E-mail Confirmation & Inventation
After completing registration for an event you will receive an e-mail that confirms your registration.
If you pre-registered then you will receive invitations to events that meet your preference as they are posted. Our unique system creates events specifically tailored to your preferences. You can accept your invitation by clicking on a link in the invitation email. Once you accept your invitation you are then redirected to the site for payment. You only pay for the events you choose to attend. After your payment is made you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.
3rd Step –The Event
Finally time for the big event, all you need to do is relax and let your swag show! You'll see signs pointing you to the private area where the event will take place. You'll be greeted by your host who will make sure you've got a drink and appetizers and the host will explain how the evening will work.
Before the event is under way you will be given a personal match card where you write down the names of your dates and put either a yes or no next to each name. There is no limit to the number of "yes’s" you choose and your choices are just between you and KC Speed Dating. If you have put a "yes" to someone who has also put a "yes" to you, that's a match!
4th Step – After the Event
Before you leave the event your host will collect your personal match card. Your host will enter the information into our software which will calculate the mutual matches. Remeber, a match is when you've indicated that you'd like to see someone again and they like you too! We'll send you an email within 48hrs after the event with the contact details of the people you've matched with - there could be more than one!

Why Speed date?
Safe Enjoyable Environment: At our events, the conversations are comfortable and safe because nobody is allowed to ask for your last name, phone number or for a date. Our venues provide pleasant relaxing atmospheres. After each date, if both participants indicate that they would like to meet again, then we will provide phone numbers and e-mail addresses to both parties.
Quick: Have 7+ great dates in one night! Typically you spend all your time and money on a blind date with just one person. Our events allow you to meet numerous people for much less than a typical diner and movie.
Fun: It’s a GREAT PARTY! Typically there's a cash bar, complimentary appetizers, and a room full of single people who want to meet you! When you go to an event you'll see that the energy in the room increases as everyone is meeting lots of new people - quite different from the usual bar scene where most people stay clustered with their small group of friends all night! Everyone has a story to tell, and what could be more exciting then learning about another person...and maybe finding someone or several people who you really connect with!
KC Speed Dating Rules!
1. You are not allowed to ask anyone for their contact information. This includes their phone number, last name, e-mail address, business card, or their address.
2. You are not allowed to ask anyone if they would like to have another date.
3. You are not allowed to ask sexually explicit questions, use lewd language, or say anything that might be interpreted as threatening or as sexual harassment. Please be polite and respectful!
Failure to abide by this will result in immediate removal from the event and all future events with NO refund!
