KC Speed Dating ONLY gives refunds for events canceled by KC Speed Dating or the affiliated venue.  All refunds are issued in a check form and may take 3-5 business days to receive.  However, a credit may be given for the future registration for a similar event

By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Either you or KC Speed Dating.com may terminate your KC Speed Dating.com membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. KC Speed Dating.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to KC Speed Dating.com, or to an off-line KC Speed Dating event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to KC Speed Dating.com's attention. Your membership in the KC Speed Dating.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You are responsible for logging out if your computer is accessible to others. This prevents unauthorized access.

ONLINE CONDUCT

As a Member, you agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on KC Speed Dating.com, or transmit to other KC Speed Dating.com Members.

2. You will not post on KC Speed Dating.com, or transmit to other KC Speed Dating.com Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

3. You will use KC Speed Dating.com in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or E-mail addresses other than where asked for it in the Confidential Personal Information section.

5. You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. KC Speed Dating.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.

6. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through KC Speed Dating.com. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other KC Speed Dating.com members. For protection of members against such conduct, KC Speed Dating.com has imposed a 30 message-per-day limit on subscribers.

7. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

8. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other KC Speed Dating.com Members. KC Speed Dating.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER:

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KC Speed Dating.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the KC Speed Dating.com service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
